charming stay!
friendly staff good location
The staff was very friendly, they remembered names and breakfast orders! on-site parking costed £10 per night, a good option. i enjoyed being able to choose what i wanted for breakfast. The location was good too.

Super clean Room and AMAZING Breakfast!
attentive staff included breakfast super clean room
The staff were really good. They were really attentive. Breakfast was included and it was lovely! The rooms were super clean and tidy.
The parking spaces felt a bit small, making access to the front door a bit tricky.

super clean room excellent breakfast customer service small space front door difficult keys
the room was super clean and i found the breakfast great. i found it easy to find the place and there was an option for parking. the breakfast was really good, and i experienced excellent customer service.
On arrival, i was informed we could use the car park, but there was a charge. the spaces are small. It caused a bit of an issue trying to access the front door. i also struggled to use the keys for the main front door. It was hard to get the door unlocked.

wonderful stay!
nice surprise delicious breakfast
i stayed one night and it felt perfect. i received an upgrade to the large double room ensuite and it was such a nice surprise! the breakfast was delicious and really got me ready for my travel day. the ensuite bathroom was very convenient to have inside the room.
the car park had limited spaces, and it cost £10 per night. it was a bit of an inconvenience as i expected free parking. however, the location of the hotel was great, so the walk wasn't too bad when the car park was full.

the staff welcomed me with smiles and accommodated an early check-in. they ensured i was happy with my room and provided helpful information. the service really was excellent.
